Meridian Hills Country Club Indianapolis IN
What could make a holiday--Halloween or Christmas or New Years (you know, holidays)--more magical than a great magician sprinkling his woofle dust and good cheer all over the room?
Sadly, with the holiday season comes a lot of requests to which I must reply, "I'm already booked for that date and time." For this reason you should try to book your entertainment well in advance unless you're okay with settling for a juggler.
My latest two shows were very different from each other, both in geography (one was in Newburgh, Indiana and the other was in Indianapolis, Indiana) and in the audience. The first was a high-class motorcycle group... and the latest was the annual employee appreciation event at Meridian Hills Country Club located at 7099 Spring Mill Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46260.
I almost always learn valuable lessons when performing magic
and these events were no different.
Whether we ride a Harley or drive a Prius, magic affects us all in the same way.
...and the latest was at Meridian Hills Country Club.
As you can see from the above photos that were snapped using my phone, the image quality is sub par. So I got a new phone. This one is the size of my foot and as heavy as a grapefruit, but it takes better pictures and video. Take a look at the below video of my puppy on our walk in the park today, and you can see that even a still from the following video would be better than a photo taken by my old phone.
Now that I have this new phone, I may be able to capture more photos and videos at events. I have been a little hesitant to capture photos and videos because of the quality. You can see this video of my puppy taken with my old phone (the low quality is more clear in low light)...
The irony that my puppy looks like a white rabbit is not lost on me. Now take a look at the below video of my puppy on our walk in the park today, and you can see that even a still from the following video would be better than a photo taken by my old phone...
And below is a video taken after the above walk in the park. Time for a bath...
